People have been adding human faces and characteristics to inanimate objects and animals for a very long time! From 1890’s political posters, 1930’s advertising, Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes, Beatrix Potter’s storybook creatures to the latest “Shopkins” craze. Visit us at Whitehern during March Break and try to spot tiny “Shopkins” hidden amongst the McQuesten family home, enjoy creating some of your own anthropomorphic crafts in The Stable and play traditional games.
