Steam museum exterior

Catch a ride on a miniature train and witness Canada's early industrial revolution during this free event at one of the region’s most fascinating historic sites. Enjoy free admission and a tour of the Hamilton Museum of Steam & Technology during your visit.

Housed in a 150-year-old Waterworks, this National Historic Site preserves two 70-ton steam powered water pumping engines, perhaps the oldest surviving Canadian-built engines.
