Hamilton Museum of Steam & Technology

Celebrate the incredible technological achievements of Nikola Tesla at the Tesla Electric City Festival at the Hamilton Museum of Steam and Technology.

Engage with commercial exhibitors, tech enthusiasts, hobbyists, science clubs, artists and students and experience demonstrations and performances. Catch a ride on the popular miniature steam trains presented by the Golden Horseshoe Live Steamers, see the oldest Canadian made steam engines, and learn about the importance of clean water to growing communities.

Housed in a 150-year-old Waterworks, this National Historic Site preserves two 70-ton steam powered water pumping engines, perhaps the oldest surviving Canadian-built engines.
