After years of commercial craft brewing on a smaller scale and then expanding to contract brewing, Clifford Brewing found its 10,000 sq/ft home in Hamilton in 2017 before opening in 2018. Its taproom – open Thursday through Sunday – regularly features the brewery's flagship brews, but keeps things interesting by introducing new recipes and limited one-off beers.
