Celebrate Emancipation Day at Fieldcote Memorial Park & Museum this summer. 

This event celebrates the abolition of slavery in the British Empire and honours the legacy of Enerals Griffin of Griffin House National Historic Site. Enjoy family-friendly events, including performances by internationally recognized percussionist Walter Maclean, Canadian singer-songwriter and steelpan virtuoso Luckystickz, choirs, food trucks, and opportunities to learn about Hamilton’s Black history.
