Simpler Thyme Organic Farm produces 280 standard and exotic varieties of fruit, vegetables, and medicinal herbs, as well as farm-produced maple syrup, grains, and more. Drop into the on-site market to fill up on fresh produce, or dig a little deeper into farming with a guided tour complete with sampling along the way. The farm opens May 1, with market hours ranging Tuesday and Thursday 11am-3pm, Wednesday and Friday 3pm-7pm.
